What happens if I stop paying?+
The digital menu stays online and the QR codes you printed keep working, in every language and with allergens. What stops are the operational features: bookings, floor plan, orders. You can still manage the bookings already in your calendar down to the last one, so no guest is left uncovered.
Do I need a credit card to try it?+
No. The trial lasts 14 days and we ask for no payment details. If you do nothing, you simply go back to the free plan when it ends.
Who receives the booking deposits?+
The restaurant, straight into its own account. Tàvly keeps nothing and charges no commission on your takings: only the payment provider's own fees apply.
Is the free menu limited?+
No, it's complete: unlimited dishes, every available language, allergens, styling. The digital menu is your venue's front door and there's no sense in giving half of it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
